Bubbling Springs Internal Arts Institute was established in 1992 by Master Harry Affley in the greater Portland, Oregon area. Master Affley provides classes and workshops in TaijiQuan (Tai Chi Chuan) , XinYiQuan, BaGuaZhang and numerous Qi Gong sets. Bubbling Springs Internal Arts Institute is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality of teaching and the promotion of great teachers from the United States and China.
